I'm an employer looking for several new people. In the past few years I've been able to hire via word of mouth, but I haven't come up with anybody recently. Consequently I haven't needed to post an ad in years. What site's are most commonly used now? Thanks

I've gotten my last 2 jobs from Indeed. It's very easy to connect. I know you're coming at it from the other way, but Indeed is good. Also, according to my manager, people post fake resumes they pulled from the internet so watch out for that.

I tried a bunch when I was looking this time last year, and found Glassdoor to be the best, but Indeed is popular as well.
