I dare you to find a large number of teenagers without broken iPhone screens.

Then those teenagers or their parents are idiots for continually breaking things that cost so much money. Just because it normally happens doesn't mean it's normal or acceptable.

Get a clue man. Unless you enjoy money being thrown down the toilet and not teaching your son any responsibility.

Get a tempered glass screen protector to use with the case.

My kid broke the glass protector. But didn't hurt the phone screen. Will always use them.

These tempered glass screen protectors don't affect the fit of the case?

Not the one I use. I even use a waterproof case (not life proof, not sure of brand) when we are in the woods or camping. Still fits good.

I second tech21. Only case I will buy now. Had it on my last iPhone for 2 years. Dropped phone all the time.....not a single crack Eta: much lighter and thinner than the bulky otter box cases This post was edited on 12/26 at 3:57 pm

Which one do you use? Does it cover the ports?

I have broken a comical number of iPhones. Otter boxes work well but are too bulky so I always end up taking them off and somehow destroy my phone shorty thereafter. Life proofs work well too but the screen protector pisses me off and I can never plug an aux cord into it with the case on so I can't keep the case on either.

I have had the Pelican Voyager case with the tempered glass screen protector for about a year now and has served me well.

Rhinoshield. Not obtrusive and protects from 11.5 ft. fall.

Do they make a case that is modular? Meaning it has a slim low profile case (albeit with less protection) for normal use but also a bigger tougher case that you can easily put on over that when needed?
