Best places for ATVs/ 4 wheelers?

Never been 4 wheeling and always wanted to try it. Never had that many white friends either, and the ones that do don’t invite me to their hunting camps. What are the best places to rent in BR, and internationally, where are the best places? Australia, Dubai, then California or Vegas in the states?

The only place I can remember being able to rent one was in Cozumel looking at ruins. That was the day after we rented jet skis with outboard motors and steering wheels on them.
