I actually applied for it. I was in on the development for that program they are using.
Not a state guy, not IT, but there's maybe 3 people in the state who know that better than me. And that might be pushing it.

I was being condescending. Perhaps when you flunk out of high school and get your GED before getting that government job you'll know what that means. You keep grinding it out in 10th grade. It's noble work you are doing to try to make it on your third time to pass geometry and English II.
