Headed over there for a vacation... I've played at Tiger Point before but looking to play somewhere else with my dad
Any suggestions?

Marcus Pointe used to be good. Haven't played there in several years.
Hidden Creek in Navarre is good

Hidden Creek in Navarre isn't too bad.
There aren't a bunch of courses close to Pensacola Beach.
The best course that is within a reasonable drive is Lost Key in Perdido (Navarre was a typo) about a 45 minute ride.

Played Tiger Point last week greens were pretty flat and slow. Scenic Hills isn't a bad course.
If you want something nicer, you should just make a drive Stonebrook or CC of Brewton.

Don't try and play on the beach. It's an endless sandpit.

Stay away. Changing ownership. It's been neglected for the past 6 months while sale was being negotiated.

You will find way better golf courses in the PCB or Gulf Shores/Fort morgan area if you don't mind driving a bit.Kiva Dunes and penninsula are excellent and so is Soldiers Creek.

There aren't any good courses in the Pensacola area other than Pensacola CC. I wouldn't say Brewton CC is in the area, ~1 hour, but it is good. I know that Marcus Point was bought by Hiram Cook, he owns Stonebrook also, but I haven't been there in years. If you're a member of a club, have your pro call PCC.

I just played Stonebrook the other day and it was in pretty good condition. If you don't mind the drives I'd recommend Lost Key, Brewton CC, and Kelly Plantation. I've always enjoyed playing Scenic Hills but since UWF took it over it has went downhill.
