I was dating a girl that decided to introduce me to her family in BR. She took me to that CC. Bought some CD's there that I still have. Failure Fantastic Planet and Berlin.

It was another example of how the brick and mortar model simply wasn’t sustainable.

Some online retailers are pretty good. I can call or contact chat with Crutchfield and get good advice on everything they sell. Best Buy over the past few years (at least im my experience) has been god awful as far as in store service.

No they haven't. I didn't see appliances in stores until the last 5-10 years.

I have always liked shopping at Best Buy. The employees are very knowledgeable and helpful.
I agree. I was buying a new laptop last year and I shopped at Best Buy, and the guy who helped me out was super polite and knew what he was talking about. I was able to make a much more informed decision than if I was just shopping online.

Yes they have. I worked at Best Buy from 2006-2010 and we had the whole department. It’s always been a part of their store

In 1983, with seven stores and $10 million in annual sales, Sound of Music was renamed Best Buy Company, Inc.[25][26] The company also expanded its product offerings to include home appliances and VCRs, in an attempt to expand beyond its then-core customer base of 15- to 18-year-old males. Later that year, Best Buy opened its first superstore in Burnsville, Minnesota.[26] The Burnsville location featured a high-volume, low-price business model, which was borrowed partially from Schulze's successful Tornado Sale in 1981.[22][26] In its first year, the Burnsville store out-performed all other Best Buy stores combined.[23][24]

Continue to talk out your arse though

Nothing in this specifies them always selling washer and dryers or refrigerators.

How fricking dense are you? They’ve always sold appliances since they’ve been Best Buy. Period. Your point about it being over because they sold appliances is nonsense.

Here’s a fricking ad from 1994 showing appliances on sale you dumb frick

First flat screen plasma TV I saw was a Phillips model at Fry's in Garland, tx.

I noticed at the one in Arlington (old incredible universe building) had blank audio DAT tapes, syquest 135 blanks, DLT carts and every brand of blank CDR you an think of: Mitsui, Kodak, Ricoh, TDK, HP, Yamaha.

Got my GE dishwasher from the one on Millerville when I moved into my house in '18. Good dishwasher at a good price. I haven't been to a BB since.

Time periods. 2008 is when they opened here.

It doesn’t specifically say that iPads were purchased @08.

Not at the store nearest to me.

They most certainly did not always have appliances.

Service at the one here is good. I like buying something on their website and picking it up at the store.

They have a place. Not everyone thinks Amazon is the answer to everything.
A lot of what they sell is cheap Chinese knock off shite.
