Got damn I always forget how miserable this shite is. Haven’t been this sick in a while. Been puking since 10. Temp up to 100.3. Heat is on 74 but I can’t stop shaking. Already called out for tomorrow now just waiting for doc to open to hopefully get some shite for my nausea. Can’t sleep. Pissed off. Being sick is the worst.

Go find a pharmacy and get some Imodium if you have diarrhea. I've been down with the flu the last several days and somehow just discovered mucinex which has made this go from unbearable to tolerable. It still sucks being sick tho.
Think about Benadryl for sleeping btw. That stuff always knocks me out. Good luck.

No diarrhea yet. Just thrown up about 15 times in 4 hours. I’ll go take a couple Benadryl

Well do you have the stomach bug or the flu (respitory)?
If you have the bug, only thing you can really do is stay hydrated best you can. ER isn't going to do anything but give you a shot in the arse for Nausea.
If it's the flu, nothing can really be done.
Both have to run its course. Stay hydrated, stay home.
Side note: had to do to the ER for a actual emergency a few months ago and this lady was in there for the stomach bug. The nurse was obviously pissed... she told me that they can't stand when people come in when they are sick with a bug because there's nothing that can be done and they are just exposing the virus to others

Tell the nurse to get a different job then and frick off. What if she didn't just have a bug and needed an appendectomy or what if it was something different? I get they get pissed when people come in for ridiculous things but come on, you work in the ER. You'll get all kinds.
