Look, I understand that you have only been fed what the media wants y'all to know. I'm just telling you that there wasn't a stand off with Bundy and cops and there's more to that whole ordeal like the BLM just laying claim to land that those ranchers and farmers were using for generations and then tried to back charge these ranchers out here.
But to try to use that situation to justify a kid being disrespectful to a teacher and multiple authority figures is just stupid

She was sitting down and not bothering anyone. The cop attacked her. How was this warranted? the blind cop defenders have a lot in common with birthers and racists. it's a strange phenomenon. not sure when a badge and uniform became a license to abuse and kill. being a cop used to be a respectable thing. now that we stop intelligent people from becoming police officers.. we get to where we are.
you may struggle to understand this but authority does not come from the ability to beat up a 15 year old girl because she hurt your ego.

He's a shitty cop and he got fired for it. Frankly, it's a shame the girl was not legally carrying a weapon because she could have legally defended herself from that ridiculous physical abuse.

Having an attitude doesn't give someone the right to lay hands on someone. The fact that the cop caused a lawsuit before due to the same issues again tells me he's the problem. Kids are screwed today anyway with the school systems being DE facto prisons. They should have ignored her and continued with their work. But teachers are the biggest entitled bitches besides cops.

This wasn't some cop out looking for a target. He was called to a situation bc some piece of shite kid was keeping OTHER kids from learning. This little selfish bitches rights are worth more than the rest of the class? Imagine if every kid in your class became as useful in life as the lowest....yeah great direction for the country.

There are shitty cops out there. This happens to not be one them. His actions were completely justified. In most, if not all of the high profile cases in the last year or so, the cops were totally right. The ones who were persecuted were victims of a failed system.

The selfish kid was stopping the teacher from teaching and the kids from learning.. by sitting quietly on her phone
Teachers ego couldn't handle a kid telling her no. So she made a scene. Good for her
