Beach Tent Alternative

We usually go with the popup canopy tent but we usually only get 1 or 2 trips out of them before they are destroyed. Does the OT have any good ideas besides dropping $120 for shade.

Dude buy 4 5 gallon buckets fill them with wet sand and tie ya damn tent down rookie

If you don't want to carry around extra shite you can always use what you are already bringing down to the beach any way.

Tie the base of the legs to a soda/beer can and bury the can about a foot deep and it won't go anywhere.

The $120 is probably the cost to rent the chair and umbrella for a week.

Buckets stack one on another and have handles, not to mention they can help store stuff to bring down.....it's a full proof plan

Lol. Quite a few folks on Perdido Beach just leave their metal frames by the side of the beach. You might pick up a freebie there
