There are two turn lanes. The far left lane can make a U-turn, but must yield. The other lane cannot make a U-turn. Is this really that confusing? The "no U-turn" sign should be a foot or two to the right, but if you can't figure this out you have problems.

Yea. frickpop OP made it look more confusinger than it should be.
The No Uturn sign is directly in front of the driver side of the 2nd turn lane. That's why it's spaced like so.

I would assume a u-turn from the right-hand left turn lane would be universally illegal anyway. Is it not?
