His fiance also took down her Facebook and Instagram. She was getting people commenting nasty things to her as well.

I’m pretty aware of his financial status and he lead on to be waaaayy more successful than he was. He was constantly trying to start the next big business or new real estate deal but those were all funded by other people who won’t be supporting him any longer
Remember anyone who has to tell you how great and successful they are on Facebook is usually neither. In this case he was more than unsuccessful, he was a pedo .

Depends on the number of photos/videos, how gross they are, and whether the person distributed them as opposed to only receive them. And manufacturing kiddie porn is next level bad news.

One of the articles I read regarding his arrest said that it was photos of nude children under 13, standing next to one another. Surely there's more to it than that?
Also found it interesting in the social media comments that many folks who grew up with him, went to school with him, or did business with him said he gave off gay vibes and that the fiance might just be a beard or perhaps he went both ways

You never know. It sounds bad and probably is bad, in which case he’ll do some hard prison time. But years ago I represented a guy charged with kiddie porn. The arrest report sounded awful. I expected it to be just the most disgusting shite. It sounded so horrible. Well, turns out there were only three photos and none were clearly kids and/or porno. The guy certainly tried to get kiddie porn but either wasn’t very successful or somehow deleted it before being caught. So he pled guilty to what he was really guilty of—attempted possession, and sentenced to one year prison. So this guy is almost certainly a disgusting piece of shite but we will not know just what he was caught with. Only the prosecutor, defense attorney, and jury will ever get to see the evidence. The his type of evidence is never disclosed to the public for obvious reasons.

he has but his options will be shite jobs or starting a business of some sort and hoping people he does business with never find out which will be impossible with his crime being a simple Google search away.

I just hope he actually does time and doesn't get off with a slap on the wrist. You know his attorney is going to say he has no criminal record and was just "curious"
