How is someone with 2 previous DWIs even allowed to be on the streets?
This is the dumbest thing that I have ever heard.
In my opinion, Drunk driving penalties are far too harsh now. This is not a communist country.
You might feel safer in North Korea or the great Islamic Caliph.
People like you, and these Nazi's from MADD make me sick.

Im not kidding though. I travel a lot, and enjoy myself in countries when I dont have to worry as much about bullshite like this.
Not that I ever drive sloshed. But If I have four drinks at a bar I dont want to worry about the new KGB.

Haha I knew that loser in College. He was friends with some friends of mine. My buddy almost kicked his arse one night.
Quinn lived on the same floor as I did freshman year. He's not a bad guy but he is an idiot.

I know Quinn. Got drunk one time and almost ripped his whole pectoral muscle off when he fell from it.
He doesn't realize that once college is over, the party ends and it's time to be an adult. Quinn unfortunately is a 24 year old child. 3rd DUI at 24 is pathetic.

DUI laws are absurd.
They should give you a hardship license for 1 year (so you can go to work/grocery/but have curfew), mandatory substance abuse therapy, and 100 hours of hard labor community service or something after the first and if you get caught driving after curfew, you’re fricked. But putting people in jail for a week is not really a deterrent that works for some reason and we need to learn from the past.
If you get caught for a 2nd or busted driving outside your hardship hours from the first, you get 5 years of hardship license and 500 hours of community service for the state or some shite.
Bring back mandatory unpaid hard labor. Make them wear giant orange shirts on the side of the road that say DUI on them. People will see that shite and will not want any part of it.
