Wasn't there a guy who escaped from jail a while back and called the police from Siegen Lane to pick him up? At least jail has rules; Siegen Lane has no rules.

Someone told me that the brick urinal wall there was from some famous event/building.

They brought it over from the 1984 Worlds Fair.
