No way is that accurate for anyone that drives in Baton Rouge on a daily basis, especially if they drive on the major roads and interstate.
That’s less than an hour a week sitting in traffic. In a 5 day work week, that’s only 6 minutes each way on your commute

That works out to about an hour a week. BS.
One day shopping and waiting through multiple red lights will fill that one hour really quickly.
What about commutes that should be ten minutes that last an hour? each way? It takes a lot of non-drivers to average that down to six minutes per commute.

My contractors should be billing some of that time to the state instead of me.
