agree. Webb park and Old goodwood are best neighborhoods in town for location and character.

A ton of Dunham kids used to live in there. My wife works at a private school in BR, and I would say most of the parents live in Webb Park, Garden District, Old Goodwood, Jefferson Place/Bocage, LSU Area, U Club.
A few have really nice estates up towards St Francisville.
