re: Baton Rouge and New Orleans are significantly more dangerous than Chicago

I live in kc and am not wild about Stl but them and Baltimore both have counties separate from the cities unlike the majority of large US cities. Include the county crime stats for both (where the money is) and they aren’t nearly as bad. KC has a problem though, most crime is isolated to the east side of the city but it’s starting to spill over. Need more police and better funding but the Democrat mayor isn’t letting it happen
