When I messed up a muscle in my lower back, my wife convinced me to take a really hot bath with some kind of epsom salt thing that smelled like icy hot. I’ve gotta say, it helped that muscle let loose.

Yep. I've got a tight muscle in my right shoulder today from a workout and after va hot soak with salts followed up with some tiger balm, feels right again.
