I don't know what's going on, but it's dead stopped heading west. The big rig next to me just turned his truck off. Not looking good.

What's going on is a major east/west artery for the southern United States has 2 lanes and no shoulder. Why I-10 hasn't been beefed up at some point over the years is beyond me.
