Specifically catching fly balls, batting, running bases…

YouTube channels?

Cleats aren’t unique to baseball? Going to borrow bats and glove…got a pair of batting gloves.

Yo, don't let our PK get an injury. He has a future Groza to win. :wps:

I would assume this is just something a human can either do or can't do without needing videos

Dude, wouldn’t your high schoolers friends, other athletes, coaches have some of this information for you?

Have you tried to order the Tom Emanski VHS tapes? Fred McGriff approves.

What type of instruction are you looking for, hitting can get as granular as you want.

Catching fly balls is tracking and then proper body positioning. The best way to do that is see a whole bunch of flyballs. Like thousands.

Running bases...it is all situational. You need to konw that you are trying to do.

Well, you have the least important piece of gear all set

What is the purpose of this training?

Survive and have fun at practice. He needs to learn how to run bases if he wants to play, but they only work on that during portions of practice.

God, this is nails on a chalk board for me.

First move is to the ball. If I could make use of first step back illegal I would. Keep your eye on it next. And people teaching the pitcher to be the cut man next.

And God forbid bunt coverages you have to correct.

Pussies win a lot of ball games because no one teaches proper bunt defense any longer.
