Reserves are killing this auction. The Shelby had $1M bid and didn’t meet reserve.

cars like that the people are basically invited to purchase. you just cant buy them anywhere except an auction now

That's the one I'm waiting on. John Cena reportedly got $2 million for his so I'm curious if the GT will hit that mark.

That may very well happened. I just checked over on the Ford GT Forum and the Ford GT set a new record at Virginia International Raceway in a Car & Driver test.

It did over 200mph down the Mulsanne straight at LeMans

Like I said earlier, so much emphasis on ‘62-‘69 due to boomers.

Are these cars really poised for appreciation when the boomers die off?
