fricking leaf blowers. The yard guy next door was blowing a fricking pile of leaves around before 8am yesterday. He could have removed the leaves with a rake much quicker and quieter.

Call animal control. I was super nice and patient the first time I had to deal with something like this and got royally fricked over. Now I call animal control the first time it happens. There are city and county ordinances governing nuisance animals.

You need an ultrasonic dog barking box. It emits a high frequency they dont like, and people can't hear. Eventually it conditions them to not bark by blasting a miserable ultrasonic frequency. You can order them from Amazon for about $30.
