I say no. People should have the freedom to choose how they live their life. That said, you have to be an ignorant fool not to understand how bad they are for you. My dental hygienist yesterday told me that she switched from Coke Zero to regular Coke and gained 65 pounds! I couldn't talk at the time but all that I could think was 'you didn't realize there was an issue after the first 30 pounds?!'.
