I have a small 12x17 patio area in the backyard I wanna cover. Not sure if I wanna use Cypress Beams or just go the metal route. Obviously price is a factor but so is quality.

I have two separate roof pitches to deal with and I'd like to get some 'lectricity run to it for a fan, TV, etc.

Any recommendations, personal or otherwise? This isn't a Better Homes & Gardens/Southern Living/A. Hays Town type of endeavor I'm shooting for here. So please keep in mind my OT Poor status.

I recommend you put spaces in your title to fix it

I did exactly what your wanting. Insulated patio, cypress wood beams with cypress header. Came out great.
Creative patio out of central la. If you go to outdoor board and search patio you should see thread.
