it's pretty likely that a change was made and not tested properly and propagated to all data centers with whatever bug that caused the issue. Most larger technology companies have moved to an "agile" change system. Which just means that they push as many small changes as fast as possible, rather than rolling them into one big update.

This can cause issues when not tested properly. And they are rarely tested properly because engineers are pushed to make the changes at a rapid pace and high volume.

I agree, there’s an issue I’ve been dealing with this month that I hope is getting resolved as we speak.

I am curious if someone was trying an app domain injection attack at this time though.
