Related, they need to move the commercial airport to Brookley too...much better location.

KMOB is too far. Everyone on the Eastern shore flys out of Pensacola.

My parents live in midtown. PNS is only about 10 minutes longer in drive time to their home...especially if I'm trying to navigate Airport Blvd. in the afternoon/evening. I know for a while they had talked about building an airport around the Loxley exit, but that was before Pensacola put a good bit of money into their airport.

Yeah, Mobile builds some pretty neat stuff now with Airbus and Austal there.

Also usually cheaper to fly out of Pensacola, and have had much better luck with non stops
