Update this AM.
The shooter has been an officer for 21 months and his partner for just a year. No way they should have been riding around without a more experienced officer.
The shooter "declined to be interviewed" in connection with the criminal investigation.

Specifically, I asked if there has ever been a diversity program that helped Americans. Integrating Europeans into a European-based culture is not diversity.
The answer to my rhetorical question is no. Diversity does not help America, it only kills Americans.

He has retained an attorney and is refusing to speak. The driver is speaking openly to investigators. There is pressure growing to release what he has said.
