Just caught up on these latest details... the checking the car, the Chick-fil-A, the web searches. I'm really disturbed by all this.
So much wrong with this, and it seems even more cowardly that he would do it this way probably so he wouldn't even have to carry it out himself. I can't believe he tried to think this was a good cover story when he's dumb enough to google it at work.

I agree. Yeah i mean sure, people are busy and forget things, but this seemed shady from the start.

Doesn't he work in IT too? Surely he knows that this stuff is traceable.

What are the facts that are known now?
This makes my stomach turn.

Stupid motherfrickers...STUPID. WTF how can anyone be that god damn frickin' stupid? If they don't want their children then put them up for adoption. Don't frickin kill the baby just because you're an idiot.
This makes me wanna cry reading this shite. The misery that little angel must of gone through.

Wow. I just got sort of caught up with all of this. That fricker needs to burn for what he did. Web searches for how long to kill something in a car? That's just sick.

I hope this all turns out to be wrong. If he did all of this, he was wacked out and I wouldnt be surprised if he didn't consider how easily he'd be caught.

They must have suspected something to search his work computer in the first place. Something must have not added up to them.
Think about it. If a kid accidently drowns in the pool or wanders off into traffic, they don't search the parents work computers.
What an evil son of a bitch.

I would assume as soon as they saw him on video during lunch at his car

I wonder if he found out that the kid wasnt his or something, and snapped. the kid definitely has his nose, and mouth/lips, so it seems unlikely, but it just doesnt make sense.
If he really premeditated this, then it is hard to fathom such a thing.

Oh wait, I missed this part. WHat happened here?
Posted on 6/25/14 at 3:55 pm to supadave3
just that he went to his car during lunch, all we know at this point. But Id assume since he was parked in a video surveillance parking lot, the police first checked the tape and when they saw him go to his car, it raised several red flags
Posted on 6/25/14 at 3:55 pm to supadave3
There was video evidence of him going to his car at lunch.

Well, there is definitely more to the story. I'm eager to hear more about what that evil frick did that clued them in to what really happened.

I get the feeling he really didn't want to have anything to do with the baby. I'm wondering who usually took the baby to daycare. Something not right about going back to the car and not noticing the baby was there. Has the baby's mom made any comments? Thanks
Posted on 6/25/14 at 4:23 pm to Isabelle
Reading the article linked above that the daycare is at his place of business, corporate hq Home Depot, so I'd think he was the one to usually take the baby. No excuses.
