Just finished watching this doc on Netflix. Did not know anything about the scandal until watching this doc.
What a piece of shite Larry Nassar was and Steve Penny for trying to cover it up and not reporting it. This made the whole USA Olympic program look horrible. More worried about money and the gold than the women’s lives.
Highly recommend the doc.

How did you not hear about the trial as it was going on?
TBH, I don’t think the documentary describes how gross and depraved Nassar truly was.
And Steve Penny deserves to be Nassar’s roommate for the next 200 years.

I was in college at the time. I never paid any attention to the news or world events durning that time. I knew what happen, but nothing within detail.
