I love Billy’s boudin balls but my fav boudin is down the street in Scott, La at Best Stop Grocery.

Billy’s Pepper Jack boudin balls are like an entirely different food group. I got a craving now.

best stop seasoning is a good blend, but personally i like the liver and green onion flavor in billys more
