Often times just watching a video. Also thinking back on old times. Wtf is wrong with me. I am a business man, very professional, always the one everyone leans on family and friends. I don't feel like I'm being stretched too thin but damn my emotional swings say otherwise.

I would encourage you to start reading your bible. The purpose in our life is to love our god with all our hearts, mind, and soul. It helps me cope with my existence and purpose.

Dang.

I'm 45 and have had the kind of breakdowns you're talking about, but it hasn't been that often.
most probably because for some reason I seek out reasons to break down if I'm being honest here

It’s because you’re too self consumed. My suggestion is for you to get into service or volunteer for something.

Go help some dirt-poor people or volunteer at a Ron McDonald House.

I promise You’ll feel way better.

Testosterone levels. Get them checked. Also have them screen for increased estrogen.

I thought we didn't have to get the camera up the chute until 50? I've been thinking, thank God I have 8 years left before that.

See, y’all...... the boomers have this down. frick your feelings. Shut up and live your shitty life. Nobody cares about your problems.

Well it is true so why dwell on it. Why would I expect anyone to care about my problems when they have their own? You want something to care get a dog. My glass is half full always. Never has it been half empty. It’s a mindset that you have to discipline yourself to live by.

It’s not frick my feelings. It’s frick your feelings. I’ll deal with my own. Maybe it’s a boomer virtue.

This board is full “the pussification of America’ Baw” but seems like it’s been invaded by New York Democrats. Put the purse down Sally and stiffen your spine.

No biggie man. I go through a least one rough stretch every single day still. Just try and stay positive.

Low T high estrogen and I’m not joking.

Simple solution also. Just go to a Dr that writes Test and get those levels up. You might as well take full advantage and start lifting if you don’t already.

I hope not. I'm almost OPs age and haven't hit that stage. If anything, it seems like I give less of a frick as time goes by.
