It’s a thin line, but it can be achieved. Occasionally others that don’t know you well enough will misinterpret it, you get used to it.

you’ll know the difference when you actual see the difference, one is confidence and the other is certifiable, fine line indeed but there is a difference...

YES! This^^ I worked with one.. Certifiable crazy...She was the only one who knew how to do the work..even though she constantly asked how to do her job.. Got people fired and had the nickname of "The Black Widow". Never married and relationships never lasted longer than 3 months. Cried all the time and had to be in control. Very manipulative..Spread lies/gossip about people..I was never so glad to get out of there even though it was a great job. She was 65 plus years old..
