Arguing with women about statutory rape.....

So, a few weeks ago a 44 y/o Sacramento woman (not a teacher) was give 6 months in jail for have sex with a 16 y/o boy. Some of my female friends say, she should have been give a lot more time in the clink, and that she is a pedophile. Is this one of those victim-less crimes? I remember when I was 16. If an attractive older woman wanted me to butter her muffin, I'd have been naked in under 2 seconds. I also find it ironic, that if she was in one of the 26 states that 16 is the age of consent, she wouldn't have even been charged. That being said, and pointed out to some of my female friends, they still say she would be a pedophile, regardless. I went on to advise them to ask some various men in their life, if they thought this guy was a "victim". What say you?

I think pedophile applies to prepubescent kids. I don't think pedophile fits if the kid looks like an adult.

Any 44 year old that wants to bang a 16 year old is a fricking weirdo in my book. Having said that, I will be needing to see some pics before I reach my final verdict.

That was part of my argument. They keep bringing up girls. The story was about an older woman and a 16 y/o testosterone -filled boy. I imagine he would stick his dick just about anywhere. PC culture says we are all the same, but we all know boys want sex 24/7 at that age.

Agreed. Just passing along what these emotional women are saying. One said she'd kill the woman if that was her son. I'm not hearing a lot of stories about high school boys be restrained and raped by women. Wonder why that is?
