wow...lot o questions, but do not fear as I have the answers.

If income has declined, and I don't think it has, it is not a problem for me or wal-mart to solve, it's a problem that those who saw declines need to deal with. Mine certainly has not declined. It has skyrocketed as it has for many. The problem is that so many people have no skills of any degree and less motivation. Walmart people are already VASTLY overpaid. It takes ZERO skill to stand at a register and pass items over a scanner, so anything above zero paid to them is a bonus as far as I can tell. The company is profiting because it, as a whole, has GREAT skill in getting consumers what they want at a very low cost in a very efficient distribution and purchasing system. They are paid handsomely for their skill while the clerks are also overpaid considering their total lack of skill.

I agree the gov't should stop all welfare programs as it's not my job or yours to subsidize anyone. If the gov't cut back on assistance programs, companies would have to pick up the slack, so YOUR gov't solution is helping keep wages down.

So the people at walmart making minimum wage dont deserve to be able to make a living wage? Instead your adding to the problem paying them less, which in return would recieve more of my tax money. I feel as we double pay these corporations. First I have to pay for the product, then my taxes have to be used for supplementing them extra income so they can live as a human being.

I think its total bullshite for you to say their vastly overpaid as of now. They make minimum wage. But im sure if you had it your way you would pay them 1960 wages to live in a box

I can't believe wal-mart enslaves their employees and chaIns them to their jobs and makes them take that minimum wage!

And I can't believe that you're mandated to shop at Walmart!!!

They deserve whatever they are willing to work for.

Also, the term 'living wage' is utter bullshite.

Nobody on earth 'deserves' anything material, they only deserve not to be coerced.

If people working for hypothetical "wal marts" aren't making enough to survive, they need second jobs. Walmart isn't there to overpay people. If they were worth more than min wage, "Walmart" would be pAying them that.

I don't think you'll have a grasp on what wealthy is until long after your college years and if you are lucky you just might obtain it.

Some companies actually pay more than minimum wage for the same job walmart pays less for. Because they actually care about their employees and families. Just not greedy profit
