Roman has no charisma. I'll take Kevin Owens over anyone in WWE right now.oh and I like the Miz. He is a perfect heel.

He seems like a good guy who respects the business. He should be a lovable badass heel but Vince just doesn't get it.

I haven't watched wrestling in about a year, but I haven't seen anything that would make me think that Roman Reigns isn't a nice guy. That being said, the "creative" team at WWE just thought he had a good look and knew he was related to the Rock, therefore, he was pegged as the next John Cena regardless of how over he was with the crowd.
Then, they proceeded to shove him down everyone's throats at the expense of talent that actually are over with the fans despite his lack of mic skills and limited in-ring ability.

I tune in from time to time and I see this guy that everyone talks about. He has the charisma of a turnip. But I grew up watching wrestling in a time where the personalities made the wrestler.
