If you get on the right channel it is doable. I have found it hit or miss but not impossible.

I usually sit in section 642 and never have the problem. Maybe since i'm higher up

I liked Verizon, but at the time of switch they had a really shitty plan that really didn't suit me, so i switched to sprint.

My contract runs out soon, so I'll have to look at the different options. I need more data-based service, though.

But I am not defending them. The rollout in this market has been terrible and I don't blame anybody for leaving Sprint.

I stayed for 15 years. Of course, data wasn't a huge thing until the last few. But combined with their awful data coverage in Hawaii, their shitty customer service, and then I was losing a discount I had for years, it was a no-brainer for me.

They always were saying when I called to be patient and the 4G would be there, then it was LTE. I left them in Dec 2012 and my little bro was still waiting on LTE in Metry. He signed up with TMob and got LTE before Sprint and saves a good bit of money.

Seriously, unless TMob doesn't serve your area well, people are foolish not to give them a hard look. $70 unlimited everything including hotspot. If you don't need unlimited data, you can spend $50 or $60. Plus it's GSM band and works very easily internationally.
