Here is another concern of mine. Marijuana is legalized. Employee tokes up on a Friday after work. Comes in Monday and gets popped with a random for a legal substance.

Private companies can do whatever they want. Just because it's legal doesn't mean you can't get fired for it. Same as alcohol.

In fact, I have a buddy that gets hair tested at his company. Anyone deemed to be a binge drinker or heavy drinker is fired.
