It has definitely been improved. I haven't seen dirt weed in a long time, and 50 years of genetic engineering definitely Italy have benefits.

I agree, a person should have a choice in what they pay for. Consenting adults in every american state in 2019 want cannabis.
It should be voted on. I'd personally like to see Louisiana's election results and voter turnout. Some parishes would annoy the hell out of me I'm sure.
