Are tattoo parlors more prevalent than check cashing places in Destin area?

I'll never understand the mindset of just going to a random tattoo parlor and getting ink without knowing anything about the artist or his establishment.

Exactly the point. Tattoos are a sign of a lapse in good judgment, whether it's temporary (i.e. Person is wasted or under severe mental distress) or a more permanent mental condition (e.g., narcissism). Spring Break is the perfect time for the first variety.

I also never understand people who uses those check cashing places (I assume they are the payday loan establishments? Its a shame how much interest those places are allowed to charge.

So, Destin is turning to trash, being overun by tatoo parlors, check cashing places, furniture rental stores, Dollar Generals and Methodists.

Father sold his place in Destin to a Bama fan because of the increase in trashiness. Not shocked a Bama fan bought it.
