Tell me you don’t know how viruses work without telling me you don’t know how viruses work. Simple explanation: Viruses hijack cells and command them to produce more viruses. This kills the cells. This can lead to organ failure, suffocation, etc. So yes, the fatalities were from the effect of the virus feeding on the cells.

Why the need for insults? Taking the shot was optional. You didn’t and I did.
Do you spurn all vaccines?

For a great many people it wasn't optional. They also didn't do shite

Not ones that work

That’s good to know. I thought you were an ignorant anti-vaxxer at first. I don’t know why you think that the covid vaccine doesn’t offer at least partial protection from the virus, but that’s your business.
My education and career were tied to viruses and vaccines so I probably had more background to call upon with questions about the covid vaccine’s efficacy. My main question was whether a coronavirus vaccine could be developed, considering how fast it mutates. However, we know that flu vaccines also mutate very quickly, but the annual flu vaccine does prevent a lot of suffering. A vaccine for a coronavirus had never been tried but new technology was available and I think we learned a lot about how to control a novel virus.

Total deaths were up roughly 500k in 2020. All due to Covid? Of course not but that’s pretty close to your accurate Covid deaths in the US
You can also watch how deaths and severe illness plummeted when the vaccine was introduced. Not sure why people act like it wasn’t a success. Trump and everyone involved were pretty amazing with what they accomplished there

Was this when you allegedly worked at oschner or were allegedly a senior manager at P&N? Just want to understand

I have no idea if that’s true or not. Things like alcoholism and mental illness were way up, and access to healthcare was down. I think anybody that thinks they know the answer to this is full of shite. We’re all guessing

When the government released people to actually go outside again? And when all of the people who were already on their death bed died? See above

Yes, that’s true. The amount of corruption involved with the pandemic was phenomenal. The federal government opened the cash spigot and there was more research involved with how to get money than there was concern about the virus itself. I’m surprised that our economy didn’t collapse entirely.

So your argument is Covid was completely fake? Is that where you are now? Ask your friend lnch whose wife works in the hospital how fake it was. See if he will agree with you there

No

Then what exactly is your argument?
You laugh when people said Covid did kill people
You laugh when people say the vaccine did prevent deaths and severe illness
You laugh when people said Covid did kill people
You laugh when people say the vaccine did prevent deaths and severe illness

Anti-vaxxers are a self-correcting societal problem. Please don’t get vaccinated.

Covid absolutely killed people. Most of which were knocking on deaths door already. Not all, most. How many? No one really knows, and any one stating differently is making it up to fit their narrative

It’s pretty clear it caused a lot more injuries than it prevented

I’ve been and continuing to be vaccinated against a lot of shite. Covid is not one of them

Didn't Sweden avoid COVID infections much better than the rest of civilized countries around the world?
