Based off Trump's guidelines for reopening the economy and lower level guidelines and announcements, I wonder what the new norm for movie theaters, theme parks, water parks, medium to large venue sports events, etc will be for the rest of this year and perhaps 2021. If social distancing, capacity restrictions, increased sanitation (delays), etc will be required then the fun of going to such places will be reduced. I would rather be allowed to go to a movie theater, theme park, or sporting event under pre-coronavirus rules and operations. I imagine that tens of millions of other Americans would also welcome the option to return to the old normal for public entertainment.

I don't think waiting for a vaccine or certain test data is helpful. I think the flu demonstrates that. Getting a flu vaccine doesn't make someone immune to catching a serious case of the flu. Many people don't get the vaccine and survive or avoid infection. Vaccines aren't a guarantee.

My liability papers consist of that pesky document created in 1776 that the present day liberals try to destroy each and every day.

Waivers don't protect businesses from determined lawyers.
