Frame rust? Your vehicle's frame takes on more water in BR during a typical summer of afternoon showers than a week sitting under water during a flood. Only frame issues come from salt or chemicals being exposed to them for a long amount of time.

Yep. The other dumb thing is change the oil and you will be fine? Only way water can get to oil is through oil pan, via the intake, sitting on lifters, getting picked up by the drain ports in the head. If water get's there screw the oil, you got a rock on your hands. Note: If you have a oil pan gasket out then you screwed or maybe oil cooler with a leak.

Insurance bill total them then they will be auctioned off as parts only cars. I wouldn't recommend buying one that did have insurance on it.
