Sounds like you are watching a flash presentation. You may be out of luck if so.

I'm guessing they are videos and that requires flash player. I am afraid you are SOL with that on iPhone/iPad

I'm assuming you did this.
Based on some recent reviews it looks like they pushed an update in March that broke the app.
I think your best bet is to use a browser that has flash (Dolfin, Puffin, etc.) to pull up the presentations.
