Have you tried taking it to the Apple Store?

I've got a 2012 MacBook and only problem I ever had was the os wouldn't update. They fixed me right up

You can also call if there's no store in your area. They will walk you through fixing it. My mom had to do that with her iMac

I'm not a fan of Apple but over 95% of issues with macs or pcs are user error.

They used to be really good bwfore they realized that selling computers that last for 10 years wasn't nearly as profitable as selling dog shite computers that last 2 years.

Haven't had one since I was in high school. You can buy so much more power and performance with the same $$ if you don't go apple.

Unless all you want to do is watch porn without getting a virus I don't see the point.

I guess some people need it for video/musci editing and say they work much better for that but I can't really speak to that.

I just use my iphone, I know the screen is small, but the good thing is there aren't any keys to get stuck

My 2008 MB is still alive. Screen is broken but that was my fault.

I'd rather not put a jizz stained phone up to my ear.

Personal preference.

I have an iMac from 2007 that I still use daily. I've never had a single issue out of it and have never had to format and reload the OS. Rock freaking solid.
I do want to put in a new hard drive though just because of how old it is.

I'm still using my MacBook Pro from 2009. The screen seems like its about to fall off and it's dented up from being in my backpack and forgetting, but it runs just fine. Does get very hot from time to time

This fricking pos MacBook crashes at least once per day and after its finished with its usual daily crash, it takes hours to reconnect to the Internet.

Or you could try to fix it, what year? What OS are you using?

I love when people use a data point of one and deem something a pos. Macs are expensive but they sure don't crash a lot. something is very wrong with yours.
