Anyone with Hulu experience volume fluctuations?

Watching the SECCG, I’ll have the volume set to what I want. They go to commercial and it’s usually loud (which I expect) but when the game (or whatever show is on) comes back on, the volume shoots way up. Then after a few minutes, it’ll “buffer” for a second and once it’s done, the volume is much much lower.

Haven’t noticed it yet today, but i am on the espn field pass broadcast via hulu. Different commentators.

Yes, I've noticed that with Hulu. Even kids shows. The show is one volume and the commercial is like being broadcast over a megaphone. Then it adjusts down. Then it ramps back up when the show or game resumes. It's odd.

I hate it. I wish Hulu was the only service that did it.

yeah its due to the video feed signal being compressed but not the commercials

Hulu has been shite this past football season—volume fluctuations and intermittent freezing.
