Yeah, you put a deposit down and they give you a week to test drive after delivery. I think you can do that up to 4 different times.

I purchased one 3 years ago and it was pretty seemless. Will considering going that route again

There's a place around me here in Central Alabama that has a fixed price tag. Hassle free and typically a bit cheaper than Carvana.
Plus, you get to test drive the actual vehicle
I hope you're not talking about Donohoo auto?

I returned one within the week "test drive" and got another one delivered a few days later.

Just bought a work truck for one of my guy through them yesterday, my third vehicle in 7 years through Carvana I think? They gave me a trade in value that was on par with street value a few years ago. The convenience is off the charts.

Until they send you to Finance.

Did you get your money back and start over or do a swap?
I imagine just flat out getting reimbursed is more of a hassle?

Neighbor had an engine blow. Carvana paid almost what it was worth running and they picked it up.
They had a good experience.

I think I just paid the difference in the vehicle I kept. It was less than $1000 more than the one I didn't keep
