Anyone on here work for Entergy? POWER OUTAGE

Power is out since 11pm last night. Entergy outage map is down, texting service gives an error and having trouble getting customer service on the phone.

Half of Monroe was out yesterday. Their excuse was that an animal got into a transformer at a substation.
