Certainly not. Been pretty miserable lately thanks to my father. I just have to accept he will never get better and set boundaries before I need to be on meds myself. I honestly flinch every time my cell goes off cause I think it’s him or my mom calling with his latest issues related to his mental illness.

I’m taking my little brother and sister hiking tomorrow to get them out the house so they can do something fun. My mom, brother, and sister are miserable as well cause they have to live with my dad and hear his 24/7 excessive worrying over every single thing and his non stop negative talk. We are all just worn out. His doctor has changed his meds but I don’t know if it will help. Everyday he wants to go to the hospital cause he says he doesn’t feel well. Won’t listen to us when we tell him it’s his anxiety. Had to talk him out of calling 911 today cause he is dizzy. He was just at the ER 2 weeks ago and spent the night in the hospital. All they could find is he was dehydrated. Meaning his anxiety is so bad he is literally worrying himself physically sick.
I’m dreading seeing my dad tomorrow. Hopefully he will be asleep when I get there.
