Why would I not be? We been friends since 2001 and played golf all day Saturday. We were talking about this today and decided to look it up online and found this thread.

Paul, you may want to take that link down since it has your full name in it.

I was thinking of the other Indian mound incident that was mentioned earlier in the thread involving someone else. I'm close with one of the people that was involved.
I didn't know of the incident that you were talking about and I thought you were talking about someone else. Crazy stuff though.

This was around the same time they put parking arms up at all the lots next to the buildings on campus. And you used to be able to drive a car on the quad until they put up barriers. I know a guy who did that a couple of times late at night.

I remember that the archaeology department was managing the excavation before the barriers could be installed. They weren't finding anything in their digging. My friend's family had lots of land in pine grove Mississippi, and he had collected literally thousands of arrowheads in the plowed fields there after rains. I had plans to sneak out to the excavation site and plant a couple of arrowheads to make the news.. But sadly never got around to it.

but barriers were put up after that event which made this impossible.
