I do. I almost always feel great and im getting leaner easier it feels like.

ETA: also took 3 minutes off of my 5K time even though I hadn't been running like I wanted to, and didn't get to fuel up like I wanted beforehand.

Yes. Five grams in my morning coffee. Clearer thinking and fatigue comes much later in the day. I’m 72.

20g rails every morning. Side effects - zero. Yeeeeaaaaahhhh!

Actually, 5g a day offset by caffeine consumption. Helps with muscle soreness. Mental acuity boost not needed....for now

Every day. I take it along with my daily metamucil dose.

You probably don't want to take it with the metamucil. The gel in metamucil will block the absorption of the creatine.

Nasty. Just take the monohydrate. I mix mine up with Gatorade or chew the tablets from HEB

Some say Creature can help if "regular" creatine causes stomach issues, but it's never bothered me. I do know that the creapure variety is significantly more expensive.

I've been taking creatine off and on for 30 years and have never had any stomach issues with it. Some do, so you'll have to experiment to find what brand/dosage/schedule works for you. I take 10g/day with water - usually with breakfast. It's micronized (consistency of powdered sugar), so it blends easily with water and is almost tasteless.

I'm currently taking the "It's Just!" brand from Amazon. I also like the Sports Research brand.

Creatine is one of the most proven supplements I've ever taken. When I used to work out, I used to take creatine everyday. Every so often id run out and it would take me a week or two to get another bottle. When I was taking it everyday I was noticeably stronger and had alot more endurance. When I would come off it, even for just a week, i couldn't do as much weight and would burn out quickly. I've read alot more benefits theyve found from taking it now than what was known back then, very little Cons besides some people experience bloating or upset stomachs.

This is really all it does. That makes it perfect for in-season performance. There's not much benefit if you are not competing in some type of competition. It's maximizing what you already have.
