Better than base model wheels.

Google Texas edition Tahoe.

I bought my 2013 Texas edition Yukon brand new a few years ago for $42,000. $10k off MSRP then a $2500 rebate on top of that. 20" chrome wheels, chrome grill & mirrors, leather interior, wood grain dash, and bucket seats in middle row. The Texas edition tahoes are exactly the same the last I looked. Didn't come with navigation or sun roof, but I installed my own navigation system better than the factory one anyways.

Only thing you may not like being in LA is that it comes with the chrome "Texas edition" decal on the doors. Maybe you can get a dealership to remove those though.

And actually, the dealership i bought mine from, covert GMC in austin, emailed me this past week advertising $9000 off MSRP of all 2016 Yukons. I'm am sure you can find that at a closer dealerships to you too.
